I have a 2023 Mach E Premium and the heated seats have burned an imprint of the coils onto the back. Serramonte Ford is telling me this is normal wear and tear. On the seat cushion itself, you can feel a coil or spring popping through on both front seats. Clearly, this is not normal. They won't do anything about it and told me to call customer service. Anyone experience this? I have had nothing but problems with this car. They have already replaced the cell phone charging unit(getting too hot and shutting down phone), one speaker and a subwoofer, back tail light housing unit (leaked), fixed rear defrost, door for charging part, and now these seats. There is still an issue with the front deforst which they can't seem to figure out. They have my car for weeks at a time and this past time, I had to go rent my own car. Anyone experience anything like this and do you have suggestions on what I should do about the seats?
